Honor's next gaming phones break the 12,000 mAh mark: 10,100 mAh in the Win2 and 12,070 mAh in the Win RT2. Launch in China on October 21.

Honor is about to launch two gaming phones with unusually large batteries. The Win2 carries a 10,100 mAh cell, and the Win RT2 goes up to 12,070 mAh.

Both phones launch in China on October 21.

What Honor has confirmed

A Honor engineer confirmed the key specs of the Win2 series on October 13:

  • A battery of up to 12,070 mAh: 12,070 mAh in the Win RT2 and 10,100 mAh in the Win2.
  • A 2K screen at 185 Hz.
  • The Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 in the Win2.
  • Two cooling fans built into the back, a first for a phone according to Honor.

The Win RT2's chip, charging speed and full spec sheet haven't been officially confirmed yet.

How big is 12,070 mAh?

Honor's first Win and Win RT, launched in December 2025, already had 10,000 mAh. The new generation adds 100 mAh on the Win2 and more than 2,000 mAh on the Win RT2.

Battery capacity (higher is bigger)

  • Honor Win210,100 mAh
  • Honor Win RT10,000 mAh
  • Honor Win10,000 mAh

Honor's figures. Win2 and Win RT2 announced October 2026.

A bigger battery doesn't automatically mean more hours: a 185 Hz screen and a top-end chip also use more power. We'll only know the real battery life once the phones are tested.

Price and availability

Honor's marketing chief has already revealed one price: 5,499 yuan for the Win2 with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, after China's national consumer subsidy. Sales start right after the launch.

For now these are China-only phones. Honor hasn't announced a global launch, and there's no date or price for Algeria.

Would a 12,000 mAh phone make you switch, or is a lighter phone more important to you?
